Kittens are guaranteed to be in good health upon delivery or arrival to the best of the breeders knowledge. Kittens should be seen by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery, pickup, or arrival. Failure to do so will void all guarantees or responsibilities of the seller/breeder. Kittens/ cats are healthy to the best of my knowledge of time of leaving to new home and upon arrival and delivery.

Kittens/ Cats should be quarantined for 2-3 weeks or even 4 weeks in a safe area of your home so they can adjust to the new environment. After quarantine please introduce the kitten. Cat slowly to resident pets in the home. Seller/ breeder is in no way responsible for any issues that may arise in the new home.

Seller/ Breeder has provided the kitten/cat with its age appropriate vaccinations, deworming and exam by a licensed veterinarian. Vetting paperwork will be provided. Buyer will then follow up with its age appropriate rounds of FVRCP. Rabies can be given at 4-6 months depending on the Veterinarian if required by law in your State or County. Kitten is guaranteed to test negative for FIV/FELV and is from a PKD negative line. The FVRCP with Chlamydia and Feline Leukemia has been known to give some kittens a reaction. Do so at your own risk, seller/breeder will not be responsible for any reaction that it may cause to the kitten. PLEASE CONSULT YOUR LICENSED VETERINARIAN OF YOUR CHOICE.

All animals can get worms, parasites, and fungus at any stage of life so we recommend you get a fecal test regularly and also deworm your kitten/ cat on a regular vase schedule. Cats can also get intestinal parasites that will cause diarrhea and other symptoms. This is a common issue that can arise. Breeders can not guarantee on these cases of worms, parasites, fungus or any microorganisms because we live with them daily. Humans are the main host to bring it into the home. These microorganisms live in the different surfaces we walk on. These are not life threatening health issues, but will have to be treated if it ever arises. To the best of the breeders’ knowledge the cat will be in good health eating, using the litter and active at time of delivery.

If congenital defects are found that prevent the kitten from living a healthy life, the kitten will be replaced with an equivalent kitten from the next availability. Seller/breeder will not be responsible for any medical billings after the delivery or arrival of the kitten/cat. If the kitten dies within one year of age with proof of death that is congenital defect and a cause of death certificate/necropsy done by a licensed veterinarian with proof. Seller/ breeder will replace the kitten but will not refund. NO CASH OR PAYMENT REFUND WILL BE OFFERED. No reimbursement of any medical billing will be made by the seller. Breeder. The seller/ breeder shall not at no time be responsible under any circumstance by being liable than a replacement of a kitten. Breeder has up to one year to replace the kitten of equal quality.

Buyer agrees to give the kitten all the medical care it will need to live a healthy life. Seller/breeder is not responsible for any medical expenses after delivery of the kitten/ cat.

The seller/breeder will not honor any guarantee if the kitten dies of a virus of any kind or has been in contact with another animal.

Kittens/ Cats will be kept indoors and will never be caged. The only exception is for vehicle transport, for the safety of the kitten.

Kittens will be spayed/neutered by 8 months and provide seller proof from a licensed Veterinarian. If not spayed or neutered by 8 months, seller/breeder will assume the kitten is being used for breeding purposes and the buyer will be subject to a fine of $5,000.

Absolutely NO DECLAWING

Kittens at Bella Lux Dollface Persians are fed Royal Canin Mother & Baby Cat dry food and a can of Royal Canin Mother & Baby Cat wet food once daily. You may change if you wish, but do so slowly because sudden change can cause episodes of diarrhea.

Moving, traveling and just simply rehoming can be really stressful to kittens and cats. By far issues may arise. They may have a change of bowel movement or even not eat. Please give the kitten or cat the time to adjust.

We use clumping litters with the older kittens but start them off with Pet Safe Scoopfree Crystal Litter. Clumping litters can be dangerous to young kittens while they learn how to groom themselves. They can accidently eat it.

Seller/ Breeder has all rights to use pictures of kittens or cats sold to the buyer for advertising purposes on websites, magazines, papers and any social media platform. All pictures sent or posted online on any platform breeder has the rights to screenshot and use as property of the breeder.

Seller/ Breeder has the right to cancel the sale at any time without notice if the seller/breeder feels that it is for the best interest of the cat or kitten. No explanation has to be given up until the day of delivery.
